Job summary

Hotel Dispatcher - Front Services at Aria within MGM Resorts International seeks a guest-focused professional to coordinate daily operations, connect guests with services, and keep the Bell Desk moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in guest services and multi-line phone handling, preferably in a luxury resort. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with starting pay at $22.2793 per hour plus service commissions.

Qualifications

• Six months of guest services experience.
• Six months of experience handling multiple phone lines.
• Front Services/dispatcher experience preferred.
• Experience in AAA 5 Diamond or Forbes hotel/resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined luxury service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer Bell Desk phones and assist guests with requests and inquiries.
• Own guest requests and complaints by resolving issues promptly and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Dispatch Bell Attendants efficiently for luggage handling during check-in/out and other service requests.
• Record guest service requests and route them to the appropriate departments.
