Job summary

MGM Resorts International, operating the Aria in Las Vegas, seeks a Guest Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming rooms and contribute to the guest experience. You will help deliver WOW moments that guests remember long after their stay, ensuring high standards across guestrooms and baths.

The role starts at $25.0833 per hour with opportunities to grow through teamwork, training, and benefits available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping, or exposure to the hospitality industry and training from the Culinary Training Center.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures.
• Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed.
• Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and restock clean towels on towel racks.
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair.

THE STARTING RATE:

$25.0833 / Per Hour
