Job summary

Thompson Station Church in Thompson Station, TN is seeking a First Impressions Director to lead the guest-facing experience from parking lot to Worship Center and ensure environments are welcoming, organized, and executed with excellence. This role recruits and develops Servant Leaders, builds leadership structures, and partners with ministries to support Sunday services and major events.

It requires strong relational and communication skills and a track record in hospitality or leadership.

Qualifications

This position prefers a bachelor's degree or proven success in ministry, hospitality, or leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for First Impressions and the Sunday guest experience.
Lead all First Impressions environments, including parking, greeters, doors, ushers, and hospitality areas.
Ensure environments are staffed, prepared, and ready for services and events.
Regularly evaluate the guest experience and remove barriers to hospitality and execution.
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain Servant Leaders across all teams.
Develop leaders and a coaching structure to empower teams.
Maintain ministry records and create playbooks for consistent serving.
Collaborate with other ministries on church-wide events.
