Job summary

Beersheba Springs Assembly, a historic retreat center of the Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference of The United Methodist Church, seeks a Hospitality Director to lead hospitality operations, including food service, housekeeping, and guest services. This role partners with the Executive and Retreat Directors to create exceptional guest experiences rooted in service and faith-based hospitality.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of leadership in hospitality, retreat ministry, conference centers, or related operations.
• Experience supervising and developing employees.
• Experience with purchasing, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Experience in a ministry, nonprofit, or faith-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospitality operations including food service, housekeeping, laundry, guest accommodations, and public spaces.
• Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate Hospitality staff.
• Oversee menu planning, food purchasing, preparation, and service while ensuring dietary needs.
• Ensure rooms and facilities meet cleanliness standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage department budgets, purchasing, inventory, and records; develop efficient procedures.
