Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Durham Hilton location seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations, guest services, and staff performance. You will coordinate reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries while driving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.

In this role, you will lead a diverse front office team, ensure accurate reporting, and partner with the General Manager and corporate training to implement service standards.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience is required.
• Two to three years of supervisory hotel experience is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with cash handling and Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Lead front desk staff through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain daily revenue and expense awareness to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with uniform standards and timely reporting.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
