Job summary

North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Hospitality Support Associate to assist in dining, beverage, banquet and member events, with flexibility across roles. This role supports as host, server assistant, busser, barista, banquet attendant, and other F&B tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with seating, table service, clearing, resetting, and dining areas.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to members and guests.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages as assigned.
• Set up, maintain, and break down dining rooms, service stations, banquet rooms, and event spaces.
• Stock service areas with necessary supplies, glassware, china, silverware, linens, and other items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, beverage, and public areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and other team members during service.
• Assist with banquet and special event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Respond to member and guest requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Follow all club standards for food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, safety, and member service.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in ongoing training and cross-training.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the club's Food & Beverage operations.
