Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. operates Pizzeria Vetri and is seeking a fast, organized Service Assistant to support guest experiences. You will assist during service, ensure accurate food delivery, and help maintain clean dining spaces in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas, salads, and beverages with accurate, friendly introductions.
• Final quality check for all dishes—confirm modifications, allergies, and accuracy before running food.
• Monitor dining room flow, support servers, offer refills, and anticipate guest needs.
• Clear, wipe, and reset tables promptly; maintain a polished, welcoming environment.
• Keep expo, service stations, and to-go areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Polish plates, glassware, pizza trays; fold boxes; restock glassware, plates, and pizza stands.
• Maintain safe, clear walkways and follow all sanitation and service standards.
• Master table and seat numbers, ticket reading, and menu knowledge.
• Organize tickets by time and run food as it hits the pass to ensure timely service.
• Follow strict allergy protocols and communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams.
• Pack and label to-go orders accurately; manage delivery tablets.
• Assist servers and managers during rush periods and complete opening/closing sidework.
