St. Elizabeth is seeking a part-time Guest Information Assistant to welcome guests and provide directions within Edgewood Hospital. You will greet visitors, offer assistance, and maintain privacy and HIPAA standards while guiding guests through the facility.

The role includes training new Information Desk volunteers, assisting with phones, wheelchair services, and occasional donations. A strong customer service mindset and basic computer skills are essential for success.

Mansioni

• Greet guests entering the facility and provide a welcoming environment.
• Provide prompt and accurate information with privacy and HIPAA guidelines.
• Escort guests to appropriate hall or elevator as needed.
• Train new Information Desk volunteers and review ongoing volunteer training.
• Assist with phone calls, wheelchair assistance, donations, and lobby maintenance.
• Update desk manuals and communicate changes to the team.
• Perform other tasks as delegated by the Lead Volunteer Coordinator.
