St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood is hiring a part-time Guest Information Assistant to support our Edgewood Hospital. You will greet guests, provide directions, and offer wheelchair assistance while upholding privacy and HIPAA guidelines.

Schedule includes Mon 4PM-8PM, Tue 11:30PM-8PM, and every other Sat and Sun 11:30AM-8PM. The role trains volunteers, delivers quality customer service, and helps maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• HS or GED degree required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions.
• Assist guests with information while maintaining privacy.
• Escort guests to locations and assist with wheelchairs.
• Answer phones and document donations.
• Train new Information Desk volunteers.
