General RV Center in Salisbury, NC is seeking a personable Customer Service Associate to greet guests, route inquiries, and support inventory and delivery operations. You will use CAMP and internal systems to create customer profiles, track dealer plates for test drives, and ensure orders are accurate and paid.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
Strong people skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

Welcome guests, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to the correct department.
Manage incoming calls by routing them and providing general company information.
Process new and transfer inventory, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.
Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
Track dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags and CAMP navigation.
Greet customers during delivery, ensure work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys.
