Job summary

GENERAL RV CENTER is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in Fort Myers. You will greet guests, direct them to the right department, and manage calls while maintaining accurate records. You will handle inventory tasks, assist with recalls, and create customer profiles in CAMP.

You will also track dealer plates for test drives, prepare day-of-delivery tasks, and ensure all orders are completed and paid. A strong emphasis on teamwork and outstanding service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in retail.
• People oriented with positive interactions with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Route and handle incoming calls with general company information.
• Process inventory and print stock tags accurately.
• Support recall documentation through manufacturer portals and internal teams.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in CAMP; keep internal records up to date.
• Track dealer license plates used for test drives and assist with escalations.
• Prepare day-of-delivery tasks: VIP tags, special requests, CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers during delivery, ensure work orders are completed and paid, provide keys, and thank them for their business.
