Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Guest Coordinator to be the first touchpoint for customers and the final touch-point during the purchasing journey. You will welcome guests, route calls, and coordinate day-of-delivery tasks with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
• Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
• Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.
• Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
• Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
• Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.
