Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to be the heart of the guest experience. You will assist with guest service, food preparation, and cooking in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
• Other duties as assigned
