The role includes day shifts, casual/on-call scheduling, and every-other-weekend rotation, supporting operations and the sales team as needed in a thriving senior living community near Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors.
• Answer phones, take messages, and relay to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Respond to emergencies per building policies.
• Provide clerical support (mail, memos, minutes, letters).
• Schedule rooms and guest suites; manage room bookings.
