The schedule is 80 hours per two weeks, day/early evening shifts, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Required is an Associate Degree in Nursing, MN RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• MN RN License required.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Coordinates resident health services and communicates changes to relevant staff.
• Manages medication and treatment orders and ensures compliance with regulations.
