Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nashville is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to be the face of the shop, welcoming guests and keeping things moving in a fast-paced, music-filled environment.

You’ll handle check-ins, appointments, phones, and POS, while supporting retail sales. Evening and weekend availability is required. Part-time hours (12–24 per week) at $15–$17 per hour, with discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with scheduling software and POS systems.
• Friendly, confident communicator who thrives in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and energy.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointments, and POS transactions.
• Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and handle guest questions.
• Keep the entire shop clean and guest-ready.
• Support retail sales with product recommendations.
• Capture photos or videos and assist with social media content.
