Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Dallas is seeking outgoing Front Desk Coordinators to join a fast-paced, high-volume salon environment. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and the wait list, answer calls, process payments, and promote retail products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression


• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow


• Answer phones and respond to guest questions


• Process payments and handle cash accurately


• Recommend and sell retail hair care products


• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
