Job summary

Le Méridien Charlotte and Sheraton Charlotte Hotels seek a proactive Housekeeping Coordinator to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Hearing, writing, typing; ability to lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer Housekeeping phones and take messages.
• Run reports for room assignments and update as needed.
• Fulfill guest and employee requests promptly.
• Maintain guest request logs and keep them up to date.
• Secure and mail lost and found items expediently.
• Enter and communicate work orders to Engineering.
