You will train new front desk colleagues, resolve issues quickly, and keep the lobby guest-ready while supporting daily operations and event coordination. A strong customer-service background helps you thrive here.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and people skills.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with hotel management systems and software.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
