Greet and seat guests, assist with deck setup and service preparation, and provide cruise information while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction throughout the voyage. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting and moving furniture or supplies.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with deck setup, package placement, table assignments, and service preparation.

• Assist Servers and Server Assistants during service.
• Provide guests with information about menus, packages, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
• Assist with post-cruise cleanup and maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Help ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the cruise.
