Schedule is 8–12 hours per week across 2–3 shifts, including at least one weekend shift. Competitive pay begins at $16.50/hour, with potential to rise to $18.50/hour after training plus $1–$4/hour

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Professional presentation and strong communication with diverse clientele.

What You Will Do:

• Consultative Sales: You will effectively guide guests through membership options and products. This requires the confidence to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and educate clients on the value of our services.
• Independent Problem Resolution: You are the first point of contact for guest concerns. We need someone who can think on their feet to de‑escalate issues and solve scheduling conflicts professionally, without needing constant managerial oversight.
• Brand Stewardship: You will maintain luxury standards in both the facility’s appearance and your own professional presentation.
