Soleil Tans, a premier Luxury Sun Spa, seeks a polished Client Experience Consultant to drive front-of-house operations and guest satisfaction. Schedule is 8–12 hours per week across 2–3 shifts, including at least one weekend shift. Competitive pay begins at $16.50/hour, with potential to rise to $18.50/hour after training plus $1–$4/hour

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Professional presentation and strong communication with diverse clientele.
• Comfortable with performance-based rewards and target-driven earning.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales: guide guests through membership options and products, addressing objections and closing sales.
• Independent problem resolution: first point of contact for guest concerns and scheduling conflicts.
• Brand stewardship: uphold luxury standards in facility appearance and personal presentation.
