Qualifications

• Preferred: experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or wellness.
• Familiarity with contrast therapy is a plus.
• Comfort promoting memberships or retail offerings.
• Experience with reservation, scheduling, or POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, attentive guest experience from check-in to checkout.
• Educate guests on Sauna House offerings and memberships to boost engagement.
• Support daily operations including reservations, scheduling, and guest communications.
• Process payments accurately and protect guest information with confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming bathhouse and relay safety/maintenance needs.
