Sauna House Durham is seeking a part-time Guest Service Coordinator to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience and maintain an inviting bathhouse environment. You will support daily operations, grow memberships, and build lasting guest relationships.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through offerings, managing reservations and payments, and upholding brand standards while ensuring privacy and safety throughout the visit.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, attentive guest experience at check-in and throughout visits.
• Educate guests on memberships, services, and events to grow engagement.
• Manage reservations, scheduling, and guest communications; respond to inquiries.
• Process payments accurately and maintain guest records with confidentiality.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and daily operations across the bathhouse.
