Job summary

Sauna House seeks a Guest Service Coordinator to be the first and last contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience and maintaining a well-presented bathhouse. You will support daily operations, grow memberships, and protect the Sauna House brand through every interaction.

The role emphasizes guest experience, sales, and teamwork with a flexible schedule at our Bonita Springs location.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage list of tasks and prioritize.
• Comfort promoting memberships or services.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, attentive experience at every touchpoint—greeting guests at check-in and anticipating their needs.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, looking for opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Educate guests on Sauna House offerings, memberships, services, and events to enhance their wellness journey.
• Maintain a visible, welcoming bathhouse presence and build relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Support promotions, local marketing, and events to drive brand awareness and guest engagement.
