Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, provide directions, and connect them to the proper services within CenterWell Senior Primary Care. This front-of-house role focuses on hospitality and patient-centered service to create a welcoming first impression.

Responsibilities include maintaining lobby areas, assisting with accommodations, coordinating with staff, answering questions, and supporting events. Prior customer service is preferred; TB screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to confidently and effectively communicate with customers, guests and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills to navigate systems and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment by greeting guests in a friendly, professional and approachable manner at all times.
• Keep lobby areas beautiful, tidy and well attended.
• Notify appropriate service for any repairs or maintenance issues.
• Model teamwork, strong communication and multi-tasking.
• Round lobby areas to assess guest needs and identify solutions.
• Connect guests with center tenants and hotel representatives.
• Share information about center amenities and services when pertinent.
• Distribute information to guests upon request.
• Answer lobby phone and assist callers with questions and requests.
