Swinomish Casino & Lodge seeks a Signature Rewards Representative to welcome guests and promote the Signature Rewards program. You will assist guests with account enrollment, guide them to kiosks, and share information about promotions, events, and services.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in customer service or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a guest-first mindset. This role emphasizes professional service, multitasking, and confidentiality in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of customer service, hospitality, casino, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, guest-focused personality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Comfortable addressing guest concerns and resolving issues with tact and professionalism.
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain a Class III Swinomish Gaming Commission License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Signature Rewards Center, casino entrances, and on the gaming floor.
• Promote the benefits of the Signature Rewards program and assist guests with account enrollment and kiosk usage.
• Provide information about casino promotions, events, gaming, dining, lodging, RV park amenities, and other services.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions, property events, and guest offerings.
• Monitor guest areas and notify Security of any potential issues or concerns.
• Maintain the confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
