Job summary

Inspired Living at Alpharetta is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face for residents, families, visitors and prospective residents at our senior living community in Alpharetta, GA. You will greet guests, answer calls, direct inquiries, and help create a warm lobby experience from the moment guests arrive.

Responsibilities include assisting with mail and packages, supporting activities, and guiding tours when needed, while maintaining confidentiality in the Business Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of receptionist/concierge/hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with residents, families, and visitors in person and over the phone.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.
• Create a clean, inviting lobby experience for all entering the community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and other daily requests.
• Support activities and help residents stay connected and engaged.
• Assist with tours and connect inquiries with the sales team when needed.
• Support the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while keeping confidentiality.
