The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community is seeking a friendly Concierge for LaunchPad Golf to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties include assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, and retail purchases, plus providing dining and attraction recommendations and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge or customer-service role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to guide guests, handle reservations, and assist with retail transactions.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through check-in/check-out processes with a welcoming approach.
• Handle guest reservations by phone and in person with accuracy.
• Assist with retail gift shop operations, inventory, restocking, and transactions.
• Provide personalized recommendations on dining, entertainment, and attractions.
• Support coordination of events and group activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Gather and relay guest feedback to drive service improvements.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent service levels.
• Build rapport and provide a personalized guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings to aid recommendations.
