The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community is seeking a friendly Concierge for LaunchPad Golf to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties include assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, and retail purchases, plus providing dining and attraction recommendations and supporting events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through check-in/check-out processes with a welcoming approach.

• Support coordination of events and group activities to enhance guest experiences.

Job Overview

The Concierge plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized guidance and support. Responsibilities include assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, retail purchases, and departure processes. In addition, the Concierge collaborates with larger teams during special events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.

Create Your Path: The Work You'll Do

• Efficiently guide guests through the check-in and check-out process, ensuring smooth and welcoming transitions.
• Manage guest reservations both over the phone and in person with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist with the retail gift shop operations, including inventory monitoring, restocking, and sales transactions to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding dining options, entertainment, and other attractions within Mystic Lake.
• Support the coordination of special events and group activities to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Gather and relay guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and increase guest satisfaction.
• Promptly and professionally address and resolve guest concerns or complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain consistent communication and deliver exceptional service.
• Build strong rapport with guests, taking pride in offering a personalized and welcoming experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations to guests.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Concierge role or a related customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering superior customer service.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 100% of time.
• Capacity to handle and lift up to 25lbs. as needed.
