The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community's LaunchPad Golf is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences—handling reservations, guiding check‑ins/outs, assisting with the gift shop, and recommending dining and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in concierge or related customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through check‑in and check‑out with a welcoming approach.
• Manage guest reservations by phone and in person.
• Assist with retail gift shop operations and sales transactions.
• Provide dining and activity recommendations within Mystic Lake.
• Coordinate with events teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Relay guest feedback and address concerns to improve service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent service.
