Job summary

Signature Aviation in Atlanta, GA seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will coordinate services, assist with concierge tasks, process guest purchases, and collaborate with team members to ensure every visit is smooth and memorable. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews; escort to entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure timely and courteous service.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures; assist with light accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain knowledge of Signature facilities and services.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services using SIGops/SIGnet; prioritize services for smooth operations.
• Keep guest areas stocked and clean, including lobbies and restrooms.
• Promote Signature services and products to guests and crew.
• Assist pilots and crews with weather info access and portal use.
