Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of guest service experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Close guest accounts upon completion of stay.
• Input and retrieve information in the PMS, confirm guests and room details, and code electronic keys.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide accurate information (outlet hours, VIP programs, events).
• Receive and respond to special requests or forward to appropriate colleagues.
• Answer phones and emails promptly; research guest issues and negotiate solutions.
• Manage daily tasks in PMS, settle folios and balance the house; run daily reports.
