Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury guest services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to all guests and ensure a seamless arrival and stay.
• Offer expert knowledge of the resort, local attractions, dining, transportation, and events.
• Arrange dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, transportation, and excursions.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively suggest activities to enhance stays.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with urgency and courtesy.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors to deliver great experiences.
• Assist with special occasions to create memorable moments.
• Document guest preferences and requests for personalized service.
• Support front office and coordinate with other departments.
