Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is seeking a Guest Experience Concierge to create lasting impressions during personalized arrivals, departures, and concierge experiences for owners and guests.

You will welcome, register, and assist guests, maintain knowledge of amenities and events, and manage reservations with attention to owner, renter, and exchanger distinctions. Growth and premium service are core to the role at this luxury property.

Formación

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English required.
• Prior front office operations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate a friendly, courteous, professional demeanor toward Owners and guests during arrival and departure processes.
• Welcome and register guests, fulfill requests, and follow credit policies and procedures.
