Job summary

Alisal Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Concierge to join our luxury ranch and resort team in Solvang, California. The role serves Ranch guests, group customers, and visitors primarily via phone and email, with occasional in-person interactions.

You will curate guests’ itineraries, organize amenities, share Alisal offerings, and collaborate with front desk and bell teams to meet every guest need. On-site duties, weekends, and holidays are possible.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
• Commitment to authentic, memorable guest interactions.
• Strong integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Route and coordinate guest itineraries and requests.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Bell teams to serve guests.
• Communicate offerings and services across the property.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in guest information.
• Stand, walk, and perform tasks for full shifts on site.
