Job summary

Alisal Properties located in Solvang, CA, is seeking a Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. The role involves assisting the Executive Housekeeper, supervising a team of 20-30 employees, and ensuring high cleanliness standards for guest units and public areas.

We require prior supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. The position offers a competitive pay of $24.50 per hour along with health benefits and discounts for Ranch facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality, hotel/resort preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly desired.
• Computer literate (Host, Outlook, Microsoft, Excel).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Housekeeper in directing housekeeping program.
• Supervise 20-30 employees and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Train and coach staff to performance standards.
• Monitor room status and communicate with teams about readiness.
• Identify maintenance concerns and submit work orders.

Skills
