Job summary

Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Guest Services and Traffic Attendant in Honolulu, HI. The role supports safe, organized arrivals for residents, guests, and visitors, including luggage assistance and directing traffic at the porte cochere.

Responsibilities include helping guests with luggage, guiding vehicles, and coordinating with staff to ensure ADA accessibility and smooth operations. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License required.
• Fluency in English essential; Japanese preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct guests with luggage to the ADA elevator and assist with lifting when safe.
• Provide directions to amenities and lobby areas as needed.
• Monitor porte cochere traffic and direct arrivals/departures to loading zones.
• Maintain safety and assist with other guest service duties as assigned.
