Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and engaging personality with a passion for guest service.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Minimum one year of concierge, guest service, or hospitality experience.
• Experience with computerized booking and POS systems.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with reservation or event management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly, offering personalized recommendations and information about the venue.
• Create a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests.
• Promote food, beverage, and entertainment options as a brand ambassador.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries through the reservation system and phone line.
• Maintain awareness of guest activity and proactively offer assistance.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Support other team members and perform duties as requested by management.
