The Server plays a key role in greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and offering personalized recommendations while maintaining knowledge of all food, beverage, and gaming options.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant service standards, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging, personalized dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned service areas
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members, including bar, kitchen, and support staff, to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Contribute to a positive team environment by showing professionalism, reliability, and respect
• Perform additional duties as requested by management
