Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL 60563 is hiring a Community Greeter for a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM schedule at the Gatehouse. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming first impression, validating visitors, and guiding guests and vendors to the correct locations.

A hospitality or customer service background is required, with retail experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with diverse personalities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify and document all scheduled visitors entering the community.
• Create a positive and welcoming first impression for all guests.
• Direct visitors and delivery personnel to appropriate parking areas, receiving docks, or designated entry points.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team regarding events and prospective residents.
