Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Receptionist to work every other weekend, from 3pm-11pm on Saturdays and Sundays, providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors and team members.

You will serve as the first point of contact, handling mail deliveries, coordinating calls, directing people, and performing clerical duties in a busy community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
