Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL 60563 is hiring a Community Greeter for a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM schedule at the Gatehouse. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming first impression, validating visitors, and guiding guests and vendors to the correct locations.

A hospitality or customer service background is required, with retail experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with diverse personalities are essential.

Monarch Landing is a gated, premier Life Plan Community dedicated to providing our residents with a strong sense of security, comfort, and well-being. The Community Greeter plays a vital role in achieving this mission by serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.

Based in our Gatehouse, this position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and has a warm, personable demeanor that helps visitors feel welcome and at ease.

What You Will Do

• Verify and document all scheduled visitors entering the community
• Create a positive and welcoming first impression for all guests
• Direct visitors and delivery personnel to appropriate parking areas, receiving docks, or designated entry points
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team regarding events and prospective residents

What You Need

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience (required)
• Retail experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of personalities
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
