Monarch Landing, a premier senior living community in Naperville, IL, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to work every other weekend, 3pm-11pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members, delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating mail deliveries, and performing light clerical duties while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Monitor life safety equipment and respond to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
