Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a PRN Receptionist to join our premier senior living community. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and team members, delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include monitoring life safety equipment alerts, coordinating calls and mail deliveries, welcoming guests, and performing clerical duties to maintain a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
