Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to support the guest experience from pre-arrival through departure, handling check-ins/check-outs and leisure-related needs both on-site and via remote call center shifts.

This hybrid role requires strong product knowledge, sales acumen, and proficiency with guest-service software, while delivering prompt, professional service by phone and email and coordinating reservations and information for guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
