Job summary

Holiday In Express in Devils Lake, ND is hiring for a front desk role that blends traditional reception duties with lounge and pantry management. You are the first contact for guests, ensuring a seamless stay from check-in to checkout and beyond.

The role requires multitasking between computer systems and a welcoming lounge environment, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hospitality and familiarity with PMS/POS are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotels or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to pivot between a computer screen and a lounge environment.
• Familiarity with PMS and POS systems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possession or ability to obtainFood Handler's Card or Alcohol Server Permit if required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and provide local recommendations with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist with basic drink service or seating in the lounge area during peak hours.
• Keep the 24/7 guest pantry stocked, organized, and visually appealing; handle transactions and monitor inventory.
• Address guest concerns immediately and find creative solutions to ensure a 5-star stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and facility standards.
