Sleep Inn & Suites is seeking a dedicated hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and managing guest account information. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling complaints, and ensuring accommodations are ready. A minimum of 1 year in hospitality and strong interpersonal skills are preferred. Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15.00 hourly, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role.
• Experience answering calls and managing stressful situations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems.

Responsabilités

• Connect with housekeeping to ensure guest accommodations are ready.
• Handle customer complaints when necessary.
• Take incoming calls and manage booking requests.
• Check guests in and out, providing correct keys and room numbers.
