Job summary

Holiday Inn Express McCook seeks a friendly PT Front Desk Clerk to deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk. You will check guests in and out, answer calls, and perform a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Strong communication, multitasking ability, and basic computer/software skills are required. Weekend and evening shifts are part of this role, with opportunities for professional development and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying reservation details and collecting payment.
• Answer and route calls, including taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling tours and activities, managing mail and packages, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns.
• Other duties as assigned; help with folding laundry and light cleaning of the public areas.
