Job summary

Gold's Gym Washington in Kirkland hires a part-time Service Motivator to greet members and guests, set a positive tone, and guide visitors toward membership options. Full training is provided, and many team members advance within the club.

As the first point of contact, you will manage check-ins, answer questions, lead tours, enroll new members, and promote personal training while maintaining a friendly, energetic environment on a busy front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled.
• CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Friendly, positive, and genuinely motivated to help people.
• Comfortable talking with anyone, in person and by phone.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay composed during busy periods.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member by first name and every guest with a smile.
• Maintain front desk security by making sure every member and guest is checked in.
• Make every member and guest experience memorable.
• Answer phone calls and questions about the club and services.
• Lead tours and help guests choose the membership that best fits their goals.
• Enroll new members and introduce personal training and other club services.
• Follow up with guests after their visits.
• Process retail and membership transactions.
• Assist members with account and billing questions, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Log maintenance needs and report safety concerns or incidents to management.
• Support additional duties as needed.
